Availability

Check availability for your chosen room/s by telephone, email or through the secure booking page powered by Eviivo (accessed by clicking on the 'Book Online' button). Some special offers may only be available when booked by telephone with Amber House. Half-Board is available at selected dates throughtout the year (see the 'Meal Deal' page) and only when booked by telephone with Amber House.

Amount of Deposit & Payment

  1. Booking On-Line

    If using the 3rd party secure booking page powered by Eviivo (accessed by either clicking on the 'Book Online' button or through a number of distributor sites with whom Eviivo have an agreement, eg lastminute.com) a deposit will be taken by Eviivo at the time of booking, the amount of which will vary according to the distributor site used for making the booking. The deposit amount will appear on the booking confirmation you receive.

  2. Booking Direct with Amber House

    Bookings of two nights must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

    If you are booking within 72hrs of check-in, then the full amount is due at the time of reservation whether you book by telephone or email.

    Upon acceptance of a booking of more than two nights and with more than 72 hours notice, Amber House shall require a deposit as follows:


    If paying by credit or debit card please telephone with details and the cost of the deposit will be charged to your card. The balance is due at the time of the holiday - usually at check out. You will receive an account statement by email or if you do not have email you will receive a letter of confirmation including details of the balance.

Booking by email

Book your room by email.  The deposit/payment must be paid by telephoning Amber House direct with card details. There is no additional charge for card transactions. Confirmation is acknowledged by email.

Booking by Telephone

Your booking will be taken by telephone. Payment for either the deposit or full amount must be made by credit or debit card at the time of booking. There is no additional charge for card transactions. Confirmation is acknowledged by email or letter.

Acceptance of a booking

Acceptance of a booking, whether in writing, by email or verbally, followed by payment of a deposit creates a legally binding contract. In the event of cancellation or non-arrival by a guest, the guest shall pay Amber House the amount due according to the Terms & Conditions.
