Our 10 bedrooms are individual.
They are
priced according to their views, size and facilities and
season. You will find some notes below to help you decide
which
room you would like. Prices and photos of our bedrooms can be
found under Room Rates.
Six of our 10 rooms have sea-views. They look out over our
garden
and over a few rooftops below to Young's Park and Goodrington
and
across the bay to Brixham and Berry Head.

LUXURY ROOMS
(First floor)
BAY
VIEW
is our luxury romantic breaks room. It has a
crystal
chandelier and wall lights and French Chateau style furniture. It has a
fitted bathroom
with showerbath and backlit mirror. Probably the best views.
People like to lie in bed on a morning and watch the
changing sky as the sun rises - faces south east. See
photo of detail to right.
TALL
SHIPS
is our largest luxury bedroom with the largest bathroom. Views
across the garden and the bay. Decorated in a
beautiful aqua colour - it is a delightful, uplifting and sunny room.
Also booked for special occasions. It has a king-sized bed.
It
too has a fitted bathroom with showerbath and backlit mirror.
GROUND FLOOR ROOMS
ROCKPOOL has
a double bed and a single bed. It has a
connecting door which can be
closed for more privacy. It has two en-suite shower rooms and
satelitte TVs and DVD players. It can also
be let as a TWIN. It is therefore very adaptable and can be booked for
parents with one
teenager, or a small child who will be sleeping in the early part of
the evening, or for friends and family members who want to be together
but with privacy. It is also on the ground floor so suitable
for those with limited mobility.PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS NOT
SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS. It is not really big enough for 3 adults
so we do not market it as such.
ROCKPOOL,
COVE and SKYcomprise
the downstairs part of the side wing and can be booked
for extended families -especially where teenagers require
their
own rooms but near to parents. You are then a self-contained
unit. If elderly parents need to be near family but on the ground floor
- book Rockpool and Sky or Cove. Sky has the garden and partial sea
view. COVE has a
contemporary leather bed, laminate floor and a restricted headroom
in the shower enclosure of 6 foot three inches.
FIRST FLOOR
ROOMS
POIROT
with
a flavour of the thirties and named for Agatha Christie's famous
dectective is a spacious room and though it does not have a
sea
view is a comfortable room.

It is a traditional style and has the largest double
(super-kingsized) So suitable for larger/taller people. Can
also be booked as a TWIN.
HARBOUR is a
first floor double/twin/family room with sea views. The single
bed is slightly tucked away round the corner which some families
appreciate! But please note that if you are booking this room as
a twin the beds are not side by side.Each side has its own tv and
dvd player. The
double side of the room
has nice views similar to the photo to the right. Minimum child age is
4 years.
GOOD VALUE ROOMS
COAST
is between HARBOUR and BAY VIEW on the first floor and shares
similar views. It
is a
small room, pretty and has a full sized double bed. Please see photo to right for view
from window. It has a small en-suite with small shower and
wc and a handbasin in the bedroom. If you like the price and the

Excellent value for a sea-view room.
For really good value for money go for PEBBLE which
is a small double but has an excellent modern fitted shower
room
with a larger than normal shower enclosure, but no sea-view. See
photo below on the right below.
COVE
is our good value single on the ground floor. As mentioned
above it has a low level, contemporary leather bed and laminate floor
and a shower with 6 foot three inches headroom.
